Customers must ensure that the vehicle is in suitable condition for transportation. Personal belongings, valuable items, cash, important documents, and illegal goods should not be left inside the vehicle during transit.
Service charges are based on vehicle type, transportation distance, carrier type, and destination. Any additional services requested after booking may result in extra charges. Payment must be completed as per the agreed terms.
Our team conducts a vehicle inspection before pickup and upon delivery. Customers are advised to verify the vehicle condition during both inspections.
While Puneet Logistics strives to deliver every vehicle within the estimated timeframe, delivery schedules may occasionally be affected by weather conditions, traffic restrictions, road closures, government regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances.
We exercise the highest level of care while transporting your vehicle. However, Puneet Logistics shall not be held responsible for delays or damages caused by natural disasters, accidents, strikes, government actions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers may cancel or reschedule their booking by informing us in advance. Cancellation charges, if applicable, will depend on the stage of booking and transportation process.
